Yes. DigiPet is free to download on the App Store.
Which devices does DigiPet support?
DigiPet is available for iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 15.1 or later.
Can I sign in to my DigiPet account on this website?
No. This website is for information about DigiPet. Your account, pets and records are managed in the DigiPet app. To get started, download the app from the App Store.
Does DigiPet give veterinary or medical advice?
No. DigiPet is an organizational, recordkeeping, reminder, sharing and pet-identification tool. It does not diagnose, treat or provide veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health.
Who can see my pet’s public QR profile?
Only what you choose. A public pet profile is off until you enable it, and you select which supported pet, owner and contact fields are visible. Anyone with the QR code or public link can view the information you selected, and you can change your settings or disable sharing at any time.
Does DigiPet sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell personal information. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account in the app under Security & Privacy > Delete Account. For help, contact support@digiids.com.
